  I give this store No stars at all! We were told that we could exchange our daughters mattress for comfort and it took over a month and a half, several visits to the store and several phone calls to have the exchange happen. They then sent an email at 11pm stating they would be there the next day. Luckily someone was there at the house. However, the driver was rude, broke a plant on the way out with the mattress. He put the mattress on the bare driveway, then stated there was a stain (size of a nickel) and that he was not doing the exchange. He then left the mattress on the driveway and left without giving us a number to contact. In addition, we had ordered a twin mattress and was told that we had picked up the bed when we had not. This store is the worst and the company is terrible as well, because they allow poor customer service. Don't use them!
